I'm Richard Tunney, the founder, and I started this venture out of a genuine passion for promoting healthier eating habits without compromising on taste or convenience. As someone who has experienced the struggles of maintaining a balanced diet amidst a busy lifestyle, I envisioned a solution that would simplify nutritious eating without sacrificing taste and holding the convenience of being accessible locally to my customers rather than just Takeaway meals which are either deep fried, heavily processed or lacking any nutritional benefits.
Rich Meals menu is inspired by my roots of my family incorporating Afro Caribbean and English influences which is unique to the South Coast and my mothers influence who always encouraged me to cook from an early age and show how love and care can also be given on a plate.
I have come from Personal Training at Train N Gain in Gosport, where I have assisted members achieve their goals on the stumbling block of nutrition and often challenged to find the time to prepare their dishes and calorific measures. This journey is still continuing at Train N Gain with myself personally running classes at the gym.
